– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

– Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

– Custom or personalized orders.

– Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.

– Intimate wear such as undergarments and swimwear.

 

Return Process:

– Moda Safi is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost during return shipping.

– If the item meets the return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

– You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Exchange Policy

– Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it.

– If the item meets the exchange criteria, we will send the replacement item to you.

– You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange is processed and shipped.

– Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

– Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued as credits to your Moda safi account and can be used for any furture purchases. Please note that it may take 2-3 days after receiving the shipment for the credits to appear on your account.
